great proximity to Toronto Pearson international. several choices of restaurants near by , on site restaurant. wash check in , friendly staff. free shuttle that was easy to use. the reception gave me a little welcome bag with snacks and they had a small convection store - sealed serve where I bought myself a hot chocolate early in the morning while waiting for the airport shuttle.

Room was at the right size - big, but still comfy. Breakfast was in the form of buffet, but also there was an option to be served by the waiter. We had a room on the highest floor - nice view from the window. Localization was also satisfying - we traveled for about 30mins from the yorkdale with one bus + there are buses from the hotel to the airport. Some restaurants are located in close proximity.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful, cheerful, and professional. She was there when I checked in at a miserable time, and checked out the next morning. The hotel is well-appointed. The yoghurt I had for breakfast was very good.

Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Great place to stay for a couple of days to recuperate after a long month bouncing around. Clean room, with everything needed. Plenty of food options nearby. A shuttle to the airport 24 hours made it a smooth process getting there.

staff was wonderful, Khalid and Tony at the desk were great! Hotel was central to my location preference. offered breakfast every morning. Hotel was clean and looked beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Was welcomed by the helpful and friendly staff. Check in was a informative, they answered all my questions. The room was accommodating and clean. As a solo traveler for busniess, having the gym on the premises was great for me! I got the breakfast included package for my 2 night stay and the buffet breakfast was fantastic, a variety of options for all eaters.

It was close to the airport and had availability the night I was staying in Toronto (plus the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was perfect!). The room was beautiful and the perfect size with a great view. Very clean and very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere and service at the restaurant. I really enjoyed the option to choose between the buffet or a menu for breakfast.

Very clean and well-maintained property. Staff were very polite and helpful - I got immediate help with an important print-out and a request for a late check-out. Also, the hotel is well-equipped for work both from within the room, as well as from the lobby.

Location suited us as close to airport with free shuttle. Food in restaurant was good. Staff were exceptional. Room was excellent. Nice shower. Room temperature good. Perfect choice. Several staff shone Khaled and Amrit on front desk and Maria in the restaurant. Asher the front office manager was very helpful and kind.
